Observation

Licensor observed safety caps in outlet of kitchen that is not GFCI. Licensor observed plastic bags in childcare space around diapers and papertowels near entry. Licensor observed loose cords near TV and fan on floor and extra fan behind front door. Licensor observed playpack near window in childcare space. Licensor observed 2 screws by kitchen entry that were exposed and in place to hold up child safety gate, gate was not up during begining of inspection. Licensor observed direct access to washer and dryer in kitchen with safety gate off.
